WHAT DOES TABULA OFFER?

Beef: this meat is rich in iron, calcium, phosphorus and magnesium, with a high vitamin E content. Beef from Ávila, Galicia and Extremadura, among others, could be highlighted.

 

Lamb and Mutton: from the Carranzana, Castellana, Latxa, Manchega, Ojinegra de Teruel and Merina breeds. Lamb from Extremadura, La Mancha, Navarre, lechazo lamb from Castilla y León and ternasco lamb from Aragón all have PGI seals (a sign of quality).

 

Pork: which gives us cuts such as the tenderloin, pork loin and pluma and presa cuts. There is a wide variety of pig breeds, such as the black Entrepelado pig, the Lampiño pig, the red Retinto pig and many more.
